if in games : i can click on name and brings up game information but when i click profile this screen goes away and unable to view profile. Also unable to view profiles from list of names prior to going into rooms to play games. Can you tell me what to do to correct.

try checking to see if you have the pop up blocker on, if you still want to keep the pop up blocker on just right click the pop up blocker icon on the toolbar highlight always allow and then you will be able to move the blocked site to the allow area. If you can't view profiles at any time, then this won't work
