My profile got phished & I am locked out of my account. No answer in 48 hrs from help desk.?

My Yahoo profile got phished and I cannot get into my account. I have sent several emails to Yahoo for help and no has answered. What else can I do to regain my account before someone does some damage???

I don't know about Yahoo, but when that happens to my Myspace account , they make me change my password.
